We’re seeking an experienced RN Manager of Labor & Delivery to join a thriving, modern hospital in Davie, FL. This leadership opportunity allows you to guide and inspire a talented nursing team while making a direct impact on the care of mothers, newborns, and families.

What You’ll Gain:

--Full-time, days (no weekends!) – balanced leadership role

--Opportunity to manage 27 FTEs across Labor & Delivery, Postpartum (20 beds), and the newborn nursery

--Up to 1,500 births annually – lead a dynamic, fast-paced unit

What We’re Looking For:

--Current Florida RN license or compact licensure eligibility

--1+ years of Labor & Delivery manager experience

--BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications (may obtain shortly after hire)

--Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

--A passion for patient-centered care and team collaboration
