Summary:
Are you an experienced Nurse Leader with a passion for Mother Baby/Postpartum care? We are seeking for a dynamic RN Nurse Manager to oversee our Mother Baby unit and mentor our clinical staff.
24 Mother Baby Rooms where you'll provide essential care to our littlest patients and their families. Nationally Recognized for Clinical Excellence: Our medical center has been ranked among the top one percent of hospitals in the nation by Healthgrades.
The Nurse Manager is responsible for ensuring superior patient/customer satisfaction via the highest quality care and service. Directs and supervises functions and activities in assigned areas.

Education:
•Bachelor's Degree - Nursing or related field required.
•Master’s degree in nursing or related field preferred.
Experience:
•Additional experience may be required in some areas based on specialty programs required.
•2 years Clinical experience in area of specialty preferred.
Certifications / Licensure:
•California Registered Nurse License upon hire required.
•National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire required.
Special Skills:
•Must be able to utilize independent decision-making skills in a wide variety of situations.
•Requires a high degree of accuracy in the performance of varied responsibilities.
•Personal computer skills required.
•Must be self-motivated to complete work in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
