Types Of Searches Preformed
Interim Search: Not Loaded
We charge a negotiated percentage of the candidate's gross compensation and invoice monthly to the client (company.) The client pays the interim candidate directly for all expenses.
Interim Search: Loaded
In this model, we reimburse the candidate their expenses and we in turn invoice the company.
