What They Need

--Educational Foundation: BSN required; Master’s degree in Nursing or a related post-graduate field is mandatory.

--Clinical Expertise: At least 10 years of recent experience within Women’s Services (L&D, NICU, PICU, or Pediatrics).

--Leadership Provenance: Minimum of 5 years in a formal nursing leadership or management role.

--Licensure: Active Texas State RN License or Compact/Multistate License.

--Certifications: National Specialty Certification and AHA BLS are required.

--Strategic Vision: Ability to manage finances, optimize staff performance, and spearhead business development for the service line.
