What They Need

--Licensure: Current RN license in the state of practice or a valid Compact/Multi-State license.

--Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required; a Master’s Degree is highly preferred.

--Clinical Expertise: At least 3 years of recent acute care experience specifically in Women’s Services (Mother-Baby/Postpartum).

--Leadership Foundation: Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience with a proven ability to manage tenured nursing staff.

--Certifications: Active BLS and ACLS (AHA); NRP must be obtained within 60 days of hire if not currently held.
