Lead With Purpose — Director of Postpartum | Austin, TX (Full-Time Days, No Weekends)

As the Director of Postpartum, you will guide a high-performing Mother Baby team that supports families through one of the most meaningful chapters of their lives. You’ll oversee a large, dynamic service line that includes postpartum, lactation, and interdisciplinary coordination across a growing women’s health program.

What They Need:
A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required, along with active BLS certification. The ideal candidate brings demonstrated leadership experience within Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, or Mother Baby services—serving previously as a Supervisor, Manager, or higher. A minimum of three years in a maternal child health leadership role is needed, along with strong skills in team development, regulatory compliance, patient experience strategy, and operational excellence. Success in this role requires a collaborative leadership style, the ability to drive quality initiatives, and a passion for elevating patient-centered maternal care.
