What You’ll Do:

--Lead the day-to-day operations of an 18-bed Level III NICU (average daily census: 12)

--Oversee 26 FTEs and partner closely with Women’s Services leadership

--Drive quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and patient-first culture

--Manage admissions/discharges, staffing, and interdisciplinary care coordination

--Coach and develop staff to ensure clinical excellence and accountability

What You Bring:

--Active RN license (Florida or Compact)

--2+ years of recent acute-care NICU leadership (within the last year)

--4+ years of NICU RN staff-level experience

--BLS within 30 days; NRP within 6 months of hire

--Strong leadership presence with a focus on collaboration, patient safety, and service excellence
