Available Shifts:
Days, 7 AM – 7 PM
Evenings, 3 PM – 11 PM
Nights, 7 PM – 7 AM

What They Need
--Two or more years of dedicated experience in a NICU setting.
--Recent acute care leadership experience (Level III or IV NICU) within the last year.
--Proven track record in management or as a Charge Nurse.
--Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
--Current Texas RN License or Multi-State Compact License.
--Active American Heart Association BLS Certification.
--Flexibility to support leadership needs across days, evenings, and nights, including weekend rotations.
