With multiple shifts available (7a–7p, 3p–11p, and 11p–7a with weekend rotation/on-call), this role offers flexibility while placing you at the heart of a mission-driven organization.

What’s Needed:
--A BSN, current RN license in Texas or Compact License (TX required within 60 days), and American Heart Association BLS certification are required. Candidates must bring at least 2 years of recent NICU leadership experience at the manager or charge nurse level in an acute care setting. The ideal leader demonstrates exceptional clinical judgment, team leadership, and a passion for elevating standards of care.
