We are seeking a passionate and experienced Manager RN – Labor & Delivery to join our leadership team in Houston. As part of the state’s premier facility dedicated to women and children, you’ll oversee one of the busiest Labor & Delivery units in Texas, supporting nurses who help welcome 800+ babies each month.

🌟 What You’ll Do:

--Direct and oversee the Labor & Delivery unit (15–20 beds) during night shifts (11p–7a, 5 nights/week, including weekends)

--Partner with hospital leadership on staffing, budgeting, and quality initiatives

--Mentor, educate, and develop nursing staff with a focus on excellence in maternal-child outcomes

--Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless, patient-centered care

🌟 What You Bring:

--Current RN license in Texas

--Bachelor’s Degree (BSN) required

--3–5 years of recent acute-care L&D leadership experience

--BCLS required, ACLS and NRP within 6 months of hire

--AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Certification within 6 months of hire

--Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead multidisciplinary teams
