What We Offer:

--Full-time Director role – Level III NICU (Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends)

--Leadership oversight of a 99-bed Level III NICU with ~150 FTEs and 2 managers

What We Need:

--Active RN license (Texas or compact state)

--Bachelor’s Degree required (BSN preferred; MSN highly preferred)

--BLS required; ACLS, NRP, or specialty NICU/OB certifications preferred

--Minimum 3 years’ experience as a NICU Director

--Proven leadership in managing staffing, regulatory compliance, budget oversight, and patient-centered care

--Strong skills in fostering collaboration across departments, developing policies, and driving evidence-based practices
