Are you an experienced NICU RN ready to deliver extraordinary care at the highest level? In this full-time role, you’ll join a dedicated team in a Level IV NICU environment, providing compassionate, family-centered care to neonates requiring the most advanced interventions.

What We Need:
--Graduation from an accredited nursing program
--Current Washington RN license (or eligibility)
--BLS (AHA) and NRP certifications upon hire
--Minimum 1 year of Level III or Level IV NICU RN experience (post-graduation)
--Passion for critical care nursing, advocacy for patients and families, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
