What They Need

--Academic Excellence: A Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Administration (MHA), or Business (MBA) is required.

--Clinical Licensure: A valid Registered Nurse license (eligible for Washington State) and a commitment to obtaining Nursing Leadership Certification within two years.

--Proven Leadership: At least five years of progressive healthcare leadership, specifically managing complex, high-volume inpatient obstetric or labor and delivery units.

--Operational Acumen: Deep experience in fiscal stewardship, including budget execution, labor relations, and data-driven performance analytics.

--Collaborative Spirit: The ability to build powerful partnerships with Midwifery, OB/GYN, and Neonatology teams to advance patient-centered care.
