What They Need

--Clinical Authority: Extensive experience in Labor & Delivery and Postpartum care within high-volume settings (150+ deliveries/month).

--Proven Leadership: A minimum of five years of management or director-level experience, specifically within a unionized environment.

--Regulatory Expertise: Deep knowledge of quality management and regulatory affairs within an L&D unit.

--Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) is required; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.

--California Credentials: A current California RN license and NRP certification.
