What they need
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing program with an active California Registered Nurse license. BLS through the American Heart Association and NRP through the American Academy of Pediatrics are required upon hire. A minimum of one year of nursing experience is required, with experience or interest in obstetrics and women’s services strongly valued. The ideal nurse is compassionate, clinically confident, and committed to delivering safe, patient-centered care for mothers and families.
