What They Need:
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
• Washington RN License (required upon hire)
• BLS and NRP Certifications – American Heart Association (required upon hire)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (L&D preferred)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to evidence-based, family-centered maternity care
