What They Need:

• Current RN license in Nevada
• BSN required (or completion plan if currently enrolled)
• Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience in Labor & Delivery
• 1–2 years of progressive leadership or management experience
• Certifications: ACLS, NRP, and BCLS (AHA)
• Proven ability to lead with empathy, teamwork, and accountability
