We’re looking for an RN Nurse Manager to guide and inspire teams across Labor & Delivery and Mother Baby units. This leadership role blends operational excellence with compassionate, patient-focused care in a highly respected and recognized hospital environment.

What We Need:

--Active California RN License

--Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (or in progress)

--NRP certification (Labor & Delivery, NICU, Nursery, Postpartum)

--3 years recent hospital-based RN experience with at least 3 years in Labor & Delivery

--1 year leadership experience overseeing staff in a clinical hospital unit

--Strong HR communication and team management skills
