What We Need:
--BSN required (ADN considered with plan to complete BSN within 2 years)
--Washington RN license (upon hire)
--BLS – American Heart Association (upon hire)
--At least 3 years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
--Minimum 2 years of charge, supervisory, or nurse manager experience in L&D
--Strong leadership, staff development, and quality improvement skills
--Ability to collaborate with physicians, educators, and DEI initiatives to improve outcomes
