What We Need:

--Minimum 5 years NICU experience (with at least 3 years full-time leadership in a Level 3 NICU)

--California RN license (active)

--BSN required (MSN preferred; BSN in progress considered with completion date)

--BLS – American Heart Association and NRP certifications (must be maintained)

--NCC Certification in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing (in progress considered)

--Proven leadership in staff management, regulatory compliance (Title 22, TJC, CDPH, CCS), and operational excellence

--Strong collaboration skills with nursing and medical directors
