What We Need:
--Current California RN license
--Minimum 5 years of nursing leadership experience and 2 years in Labor & Delivery/Obstetrics
--BSN required; MSN or MBA preferred
--ACLS, PALS & NRP certifications (Advanced Fetal Monitoring preferred)
--Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams, develop service lines, and drive operational excellence
--A passion for patient-centered care and community impact
Key Responsibilities:
--Develop and execute strategy for Women’s & Children’s services across two hospitals
--Lead high-performing teams in L&D, NICU, Pediatrics, and Women’s Services
--Foster collaborative relationships with physicians and community stakeholders
--Mentor nurse leaders and cultivate a culture of excellence and accountability
--Drive financial and operational success while implementing evidence-based innovations
