✨ What You’ll Do

--Lead and support 40–50 nursing professionals in the Mother Baby Unit

--Ensure top-quality maternal and newborn care aligned with best practices

--Cultivate a culture of safety, collaboration, and patient-focused service

--Drive performance improvement initiatives and mentor emerging nurse leaders

✨ What We Need From You

--Active California RN License

--Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN required, MSN preferred)

--3+ years clinical experience in Mother Baby/Obstetrics or Labor & Delivery

--2+ years leadership experience as a Nurse Manager or Assistant Nurse Manager

--BLS certification upon hire; Fire & Life Safety Card within 30 days

--A leader passionate about supporting staff and ensuring best outcomes for mothers and babies
