What You’ll Do:

--Manage daily operations for Labor & Delivery and Postpartum teams

--Oversee staff performance, hiring, and training across Women & Infant Services

--Implement standards that prioritize patient safety and satisfaction

--Maintain regulatory compliance and drive process improvements

--Lead with empathy, mentor your team, and foster a culture of excellence

What We Need:

--Active RN license in Arizona

--Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare, or a related field

--3+ years of L&D clinical experience

--At least 1 year of supervisory/managerial experience in a healthcare setting

--Strong interpersonal, leadership, and team-building skills
