What We Need:
👉Active RN license in the state of practice
👉Proven leadership skills and hospital operational experience
👉At least 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital setting
👉Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
👉Education: Associate degree with BSN required; MSN preferred
👉Certifications: AHA BLS required
