Now Hiring: Director of Women's Services for Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area!

We are now hiring a Director of Women's Services in the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex! Become a leader at a progressive, non-profit, 250+ bed hospital and combine your nursing experience with your passion for teaching and guiding the nurses of tomorrow!

Position Details:
The Director will be responsible for the entire Women's Services unit, with 40+ beds including Labor and Delivery, Mother/Baby/Couplet Care, Special Care Nursery, 2 OB ORs and will manage an average of 90 FTEs. We have a large amount of deliveries, approximately 2,200+ annually. This is an Administrative role, not a "working" role. GREAT compensation, including an Incentive Program and Relocation Assistance!

Requires: Master's Degree. 3 years minimum Director Level experience in Women's Services at a similar size facility.
